• If the asset is used in your main VTuber model or streaming identity, you are required to:
• Provide clear, visible credit to Aika.
• Include a direct clickable link to the original product page (hypercredit) in your Twitch panels, YouTube description, or other main content platforms.
• Be open to confirming the creator and acknowledging Aika upon request in public.

• ⚠️For commissioned avatars, both the client and the creator must legally own the asset. No exceptions.
• ⚠️ Assets are not allowed on any free avatars — this includes:
• Nitro gifts
• Giveaways
• Public freebies
• ⚠️ Assets must only be used for public or commercial models — no private kitbashing for sharing or backdoor distribution.
• ⚠️ every asset has to be credited with a direct link to the item! STOP GATE KEEPING MY ASSETS!

❌ Strictly Forbidden

• ❌ Re-selling, leaking, trading, or uploading the asset (or edited parts of it) in any form
• ❌ Sharing files via Discord, Google Drive, Dropbox, asset dumps, or resale platforms
• ❌ Porting to other games/platforms without repurchasing and direct permission
• ❌ Claiming textures, meshes, or edits as your own – even with modifications
• ❌ Use in NSFW content without proper locks or appropriate protections
• ❌ Any unauthorized posting of the asset on social media will result in an immediate DMCA takedown and may lead to account suspension or permanent removal.

Violations will lead to:

My avatars are premium, handcrafted characters — not mod kits.

• You may use the avatar for personal use, private or public VRChat use, and social media content, as long as proper credit is provided. Editing is allowed — as long as the original artistic identity remains clearly recognizable. My work is stylized and intentional. Heavily changing the look to a point where the model no longer reflects my work is not allowed.

⚠️ Important Conditions

• Do not headswap, bodyswap, or modify the avatar in a way that removes its core design, soul, or identity. These are not base models — they are characters.
• Removing parts of the avatar to use them separately or on other models is strictly forbidden. You may not extract or reuse body parts, clothing, hair, or accessories for any purpose — not even for private edits.
• You must credit me (Aika) clearly on any social media where the avatar is used, especially when posting photos, videos, or clips of the model.
• If you're a streamer or content creator using my avatars in VTubing, TikTok, or similar, you are required to credit and hyperlink to the product page and mention Aika visibly in your bio, panel, or description.

❌ Strictly Forbidden

• Leaking, file sharing, uploading to asset dump servers, or trading my avatars in any form is completely prohibited. Even if you “received” the avatar through someone else, you are still violating my license — and will be DMCA’d.
• If I cannot verify your purchase, you risk takedowns and account penalties on platforms like Gumroad, Booth, VRChat, Twitch, and Discord.
• Do not attempt to bypass this by hiding edits or stripping metadata. These files are monitored and legally protected.
• Pirated avatars are traceable. Please consider purchasing legally to avoid account loss, legal stress, or community bans.

• All avatars are covered by copyright and registered under my freelancer license.
• They are tracked, backed up, and enforced through DMCA and direct platform action.
• This is my art, my time, and my full-time work — and I defend it professionally.

A custom commission allows you to bring your unique ideas to life through my hands. There are different options and price categories available to suit your needs. Whether you’re looking for a custom avatar, specific assets, or other creative work, I’m here to help make your vision a reality.

Every commission comes with an automatic commercial license, meaning you’re free to use your finished product commercially. Commissions are open most of the time, but please note that I work without strict deadlines, so it’s important to plan and allow enough time before commissioning.

Payment is due after the final revision has been approved. Revisions are a constant part of the process to ensure that you’re completely happy with your custom creation.

Each clothing tag on my assets carries my logo to represent me as the creator and to help strengthen AIKA as a brand. It’s a small but meaningful step in growing my identity and seeing this as a real store, not just a digital project.

These tags are completely removable – you're welcome to take them off if they don't suit your style. Just keep in mind that in some cases you may need to reconnect vertices manually afterwards. It’s not restricted in any way.

Whether you keep the tag or not – crediting AIKA is required whenever my assets are used.
